Browns running back Montario Hardesty's roster spot is in jeopardy, but if he can get healthy, he'll still have a decent chance to make the team, sources close to the situation told Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Hardesty has missed most of training camp with an inflamed hamstring tendon, and time is running short. "I was out there in OTAs, minicamp and the first part of training camp,'' he said Tuesday. "Not being able to be out there and play, you wonder, do they remember this or remember that?'' He has stiff competition from this year in newcomer Dion Lewis and Brandon Jackson, who was re-signed as a free agent. Ultimately, it might come down to Hardesty or Jackson, sources have said. "We have guys that can play, we all know that,'' Hardesty said. "I want to be out there, so it's just frustrating for me. I know what I can do when I'm out there, I just need to get on the field. This is what I do for a living, and I want to be out there doing it.'' "There's no doubt I can make this team if I can show them what I can do,'' he said. "I feel like once I get back out there, everything will sort itself out.'' Source: The Redzone
