The Buccaneers have removed OT Donald Penn from the active/non-football-injury list Friday, three weeks after suffering a calf injury. Penn was hurt just prior training camp while working out at home and was expected to be out for several weeks. Although Penn can start practicing right away, he won’t play Friday against the Titans in Tampa Bay. Penn has started every game for the Bucs the past four seasons. Demar Dotson started in the preseason opener at left tackle for Penn and is expected to take his spot once more on Friday.
