The number of unsigned first round draft picks is down to two.

The Arizona Cardinals and seventh overall pick Jonathan Cooper have agreed to terms, according to CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora. Cooper's deal is worth $14.55 million over four years.

With Cooper now headed to training camp, that leaves Dee Milliner and Chance Warmack as the lone unsigned holdouts from the 2013 NFL Draft. Milliner was the ninth overall selection by the Jets. Warmack was taken one pick later at No. 10 by Tennessee.

Cooper was the first former North Carolina linemen to be taken in the first round of the draft since the 49ers selected Harris Barton in 1987.

The 23-year-old is a durable guard who started a school-record 48 games while at North Carolina.
