According to ESPN's Josina Anderson, the Arizona Cardinals are in talks with free agent OT Max Starks. Signing him would re-unite him with his former offensive coordinator, Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians. The Cardinals, with one of the league's worst offensive lines last year, fell just out of the running in the Tackle Arms Race in the recent draft. Three tackles went in the draft's first four picks, leaving the Cardinals to select North Carolina's Jonathan Cooper with the seventh overall pick.
