It's been an exciting week of trades in the NFL and that excitement continued on Wednesday when the Ravens sent fourth-year wide receiver David Reed to Indianapolis in exchange for Colts third-year running back Delone Carter.

Carter, who's headed to Baltimore, was a fourth-round pick by the Colts in the 2011 draft and played in 26 games during his two seasons with the team. The 26-year-old running back has totaled 499 yards and five rushing touchdowns on 133 career carries.

Reed leaves Baltimore having made five catches for 66 yards in his three years with the Ravens. The former fifth-round pick also returns kickoffs, his career includes a ridiculously good 103-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in 2010.
