Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett says that RB DeMarco Murray is a “a mature player from a technical standpoint,†but also adds that “he has kind of an instinct, an intuition, that the really good players have,†per Carlos Mendez of Star-Telegram.com Garrett praises Murray for being a “good runner†with “good vision,†but what Garrett is impressed with is that “you ask him to run a route out of the backfield maybe that he hasn’t run before, and he understands what you’re asking him to do as a coach very quickly.†Murray was a rookie sensation for the Cowboys after RB Felix Jones went down due to injury.
