Dion Jordan, the third overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, still hasn't signed his contract as Miami Dolphins players are scheduled to report on Saturday. But the defensive end is confident he will not be a holdout. “It’s not finalized yet, but I’ll be there,†he told the Miami Herald. With time running short, there will have to be some serious negotiating done in order to prevent Jordan from being the third straight Dolphins first-rounder to miss time at the start of camp. The problem in Jordan's deal, as it is for many of the unsigned picks at the top of the draft, is offset language, which protects the drafting club monetarily should a player be let go before the end of his rookie contract and sign with another club.
