The Eagles will be officially be without Danny Watkins for the 2nd straight week. Watkins is inactive today against the Dallas Cowboys, meaning rookie Dennis Kelly will get his 2nd start of the season. It also means the Eagles will have only four of the five projected offensive line starters. In addition to Watkins, Trent Edwards, Mardy Gilyard, Nate Menkin, Chris Polk, Vinny Curry and Phillip Hunt are all inactive.
