Eagles coach Chip Kelly has been non-committal on who the Eagle starting quarterback will be but today actions might speak louder than words. Jimmy Kempski of Philly.com reports for the first time in Eagles camp, Michael Vick handled the vast majority of first-team quarterback reps Saturday, while Nick Foles worked with the twos.
