Michael Vick said he understands why he's splitting practice snaps with Nick Foles. He said he doesn't question Philadelphia Eagles coach Chip Kelly. But that doesn't mean Vick likes to split work. "It's tough," Vick said Thursday after Philadelphia's mandatory minicamp ended. "I have to continue to be a professional and put my feelings and emotions to the side, and just continue to compete. But it's hard. I would be lying if I said it wasn't, but that's just what I have to deal with, and I'm going to keep dealing with it until I see otherwise." These comments probably will be blown out of proportion, but Vick said it well. Any quarterback would be lying if he said he liked splitting reps. Source: NFL.com
And they were on Philly sports talk radio today. Gotta make a story when you have nothing to talk about I guess.
