Eagles cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha, who suffered a violent collision with Nate Allen during Monday's practice, has no concussion symptoms, according to Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer who cites an Eagles spokesman. The cornerback suffered a lip laceration and had a sore neck, the Eagles said. Asomugha laid face down on the ground with little to no movement for close to five minutes before he finally rose to one knee. The cornerback then slowly stood, was helped to a cart and driven inside. Asomugha's shirt was bloodied and he held his head as he drove off. Source: The Redzone
I am assuming they don't mean any LINGERING concussion symptoms... because the dude was on the ground for five minutes not moving when it happened.
