Veteran wide receiver Jabar Gaffney has been suspended two games by the NFL, according to SN correspondent Ben Volin, for violating an undisclosed league policy, according to the report.

The suspension came in the same week that Gaffney was cut by the Miami Dolphins.

Gaffney was released Tuesday after totaling three catches in four games with the team. He had signed with Miami in early October. He was released by the New England Patriots at the end of training camp.

it's now being reported that this stems from gaffney not reporting an arrest from 2010
