Pat Yasinskas of ESPN.com reports that free agent running back Jerious Norwood appears to be done in Atlanta. Norwood has been left off of the Falcons' list of 4-5yr. free agents that have been offered tenders so it seems Norwood will have to look elsewhere in 2011. Norwood was drafted out of Mississippi State by the Falcons in the 3rd round of the 2006 draft and was expected to become Atlanta's speed back but his career has been derailed by injuries. Norwood has played only full 16-game season, his rookie year, and was lost after game 2 in the 2010 season with a torn ACL. The brittle Norwood will likely have to settle for a one-year deal elsewhere if he is to stay in the NFL.
