Former Indianapolis Colts tight end Dallas Clark, who has seen little interest from other teams since being released in March, had a visit scheduled with the Kansas City Chiefs on Tuesday night, the Kansas City Star reported. Clark, one of Peyton Manning's favorite targets for years, had a career-high 100 receptions and 1,109 yards in 2009, but he missed 15 games with injuries the past two seasons. Clark will turn 33 this summer. Source: NFL.com
Cassell has to have a productive tight end to be successful. Now that Leonard Pope tracked down Haley again and is gone, should Moeaki go down (again), Clark's experience would be invaluable. Just my opinion.
