Ahmad Bradshaw has been medically cleared to return to practice after suffering a neck injury against the Buccaneers in Week 2.

Bradshaw wrote on his Twitter account this afternoon, "Great news! Thanks everyone for (your) thoughts and prayers. But (you don't) understand, I'm Ready to rock." A person with knowledge of his status confirmed that he has in fact been medically cleared.

Coach Tom Coughlin said earlier today he was hopeful Bradshaw would be cleared after a trip to the Hospital for Special Surgery. He said Bradshaw is still working through some physical issues from the injury, the specifics of which have not been disclosed yet.

"There are still issues," Coughlin said earlier today. "If it was just pain, he would be going."

Andre Brown has performed well in Bradshaw's absence, rushing 33 times for 184 yards and three touchdowns over the past two games.
