New York Giants safety Will Hill has found more trouble. The Giants announced Saturday that Hill has been suspended without pay for the first four games of the 2013 regular season for violating the NFL Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse. Hill will be eligible to return to the active roster on September 30 following the Giants' Week 4 game against the Kansas City Chiefs. He is eligible to participate in all offseason and preseason practices and games. This is already the second suspension for Hill, a second-year player who was suspended four games last year for performance-enhancing drug use. Source: NFL.com
