Giants safety Stevie Brown has a torn ACL in his left knee, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. Brown suffered the injury during an interception return in Saturday's preseason game against the New York Jets. He fell to the turf untouched at the end of the return and immediately clutched his left knee. "I feel bad for Stevie," Giants coach Tom Coughlin said Saturday night. "He has been a tremendous addition to our team. The guy has another interception and then has that happen." The Giants were already playing the Jets without starting safety Antrel Rolle, who is recovering from a sprained ankle. Rolle is expected to be ready for the season opener. Source: ESPN.com
