Friday, December 27th, 2013 edition of the Golden Nuggets, a daily compilation of San Francisco 49ers links from around the Internet.

I hope you guys had a happy holidays, or if your particular holiday is still going on or has yet to come, I hope it continues to be or will be happy ... or whatever. Mine was pretty good, as I made up for the lack of turkey and ham on Thanksgiving by ... eating turkey and ham. Also acquired the full ESPN 30 for 30 collection and everything released thus far for A Football Life, so that's awesome.

But enough about gifts and such. The San Francisco 49ers have a football game this week I hear, and it would be nice to not have to have one the week after that. So what the 49ers need to do is simple: beat the Arizona Cardinals. It would also be just swell if the Seattle Seahawks managed to lose to the St. Louis Rams, and if the Carolina Panthers could take the week off instead of playing the Atlanta Falcons, too. That'd be great.

Oh and imagine that -- Donte Whitner was not fined. Are you shocked? Surprised? Me neither. Onto the links for the day.
