When do you guys look at the applications and choose new mods?

 

I think that there is a process that involves 10/13th's of a majority to decide on someone (that is freaking hilarious to me) to be tested by the folks that voted on them (so obviously the person they chose would have to agree with them) because at the end of the 30 day(!?) period they would be voted off if they didn't agree, since they would be evaluated again by the same 13 folks.

I hope this is the right thread to post this opinion.

I can see your concern, but (at least for me) I don't have to agree with the persons views as long as what they are doing seems to be helping the site.

 

It would be nice to see how many mod did vote for us...

 

Hermhater, what we like to know is the activity and the way ppl using the power, not if they are kissing asses.

Not all sites are run like the one you came from, we actually expect our mods to be active as our members and not get all pissy when members actually have more rep then our mods...
