The Jaguars have waived TE Zach Miller injured and claimed former Eagles TE Brett Brackett off waivers. The Jaguars also signed former Alabama QB John Parker Wilson to the practice squad. The team plans to fill out the practice squad later Saturday. A pass-catching tight end with a history of injuries, Miller will revert to injured reserve if he clears waivers.
