Mark Sanchez will start at quarterback Sunday for the New York Jets against the Jacksonville Jaguars, the team announced Wednesday morning. Sanchez was benched last Sunday in favor of Greg McElroy, who threw a touchdown pass in the Jets' 7-6 win over the Arizona Cardinals. The Jets' third quarterback, Tim Tebow, is recovering from broken ribs. Source: NFL.com
the jets can seemingly not make a smart decision the last couple of years. it's almost as if they are purposely making bad decisions ...................
wonder how quick he'd get the hook if he throws another pick in the 1st series? If rex gets fired, bring him to washington to coach the skins defense, please mr snyder! I Can see why he had to start sanchez,if he did'nt he'd admit that drafting him was completley stupid, which it was!but all of this is not on sanchez, all his decent weapons are gone or on IR,but he's still pretty bad when they are there, just not as bad!
What a freaking idiot. At least Andy Reid still mostly has a positive legacy to fall back on to land another head coaching job. This fat heck is just an idiot. McElroy throws a TD and wins a game for you and your owner wants him to start so the logical thing is to NOT PLAY HIM!?! Why aren't I a HC in this league?
That's kind of harsh, TheDuke. Rex has done a great job losing weight. I guess that's about it.

In all fairness McElroy didn't really play THAT good, though he did get the TD. At this point though, wtf do you have to lose?
yes, i don't think mcelroy or tebow are any good ......... the point is, we know sanchez is not good and the jets fans want sanchez out to see what the other guys can do and at this point they just need to be thinking about entertaining their fan base, especially since it won't affect their chances of winning or losing.
