Dolphins coach Joe Philbin benched two starters during Miami's 37-3 blowout loss to the Titans, Omar Kelly of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports. The first came after Reggie Bush, the Dolphins' starting tailback, fumbled the ball on Miami's second offensive possession. Bush didn't play in the next three series and was replaced by Daniel Thomas and rookie tailback Lamar Miller. In the second quarter starting left guard Richie Incognito, who was voted by his peers as the second dirtiest player in the NFL according to a Sporting Xchange poll, was flagged for unnecessary roughness at the end of a impressive Daniel Thomas run. Penalties offset themselves on the play, but Incognito's mistake cost the Dolphins 15-yards, and Incognito playing time. Source: The Redzone
