    I agree with the decision.

    This would set a pretty bad precedent...

    I do too HH. I can certainly understand the hurt on the parents side and I'd bet there will be a civil suit and they will win but it'd be awfully hard to convict this coach.

    It's a shame if there's a civil suit.

    I'm sure he feels horrible enough as it is, without dragging him through court again.

    Guessing the civil suit would be against the school

    More likely the school district. But still, that would be a questionable decision. Money isn't going to bring their child back. And it's not like he was in a prison. He was playing a game he probably loved. Horrible way to lose a child.
