that to me is bullcrap, the fact that this c**t will be able to re-enter the draft is a joke. the niners shopuld own his rights until he either signs or starts working at a car wash. personally i think he is overrated and knows playing against the pathetic defenses in his conference didnt prepare him for the nfl. but that's a different discussion.

 

What would be even more hilarious is to see Craptree re-enter the 2010 draft and not get drafted at all.

i agree, the 49ers get screwed out of this and a top 10 pick....yea it was their fault they drafted him, but really it seems rod they lose a top 10 pick.
