Mike had a major hard-on for this last year and even posted some pictures from Chiefs camp showing contact during "voluntary" camps. I think Roger Goodell might be more apt to go after this than Tags was since he seems hellbent on cracking down on things Tags let fall through the cracks (see the concussion issue).
