Browns guard Shawn Lauvao (ankle) remained sidelined from practice Friday and is not expected to play Sunday in Baltimore, according to the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram. The continued absence of Lauvao means that converted tackle Oniel Cousins will again start at right guard. Cousins committed four penalties in the Week 1 loss to Miami and played a role in the Dolphins racking up six sacks, mostly off the right side of the Cleveland offensive line. Source: CBSSports
