The Green Bay Packers have announced the signing of free agent defensive lineman Daniel Muir. Originally signed by the Packers as an undrafted out of Kent State, Muir had four tackles in a three-game stint in Green Bay during the 2007 season. Muir started 26 of 40 games for the Indianapolis Colts over the 2008-11 seasons, totaling 104 tackles and a share of a quarterback sack. Muir spent much of 2011 as a street free agent, returning for a four-game stint with the Colts in the middle of the season. Muir did have a workout with the Packers on December 22.
