Patriots cornerback Alfonzo Dennard has been held out of the team drills in practice due to an unspecified injury, Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald reports. This according to a source. The ailment is considered minor, and he was rehabbing at Gillette Stadium yesterday during the Patriots’ day off. Dennard has been present for all eight practices of training camp, but he was held out of team drills for the last three sessions, though he could take part in some positional work.
