Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has been questioned by police, including having his home searched, as part of a homicide investigation in North Attleboro, Mbutt., according to reports from SI.com and ABC News.

ABC News also reported that Hernandez was uncooperative with authorities during the search, and that two associates of Hernandez tried to leave Hernandez's home but were detained.

An SI.com source added that Hernandez is not believed to be a murder suspect, but a vehicle rented in his name has emerged as a key piece of evidence in the investigation.

On Monday, a jogger found the body of a 27-year-old Boston man who, according to ABC News, might be an associate of Hernandez, the victim was found less than a mile from Hernandez's house.

According to USA Today, the Bristol County District Attorney's office said, "As the investigation is in its early stages, no further details about this case will be released at this time."

Sounds more like a friend of his is trying to screw him or somebody is trying to frame him than anything, because there's literally no way he could be THAT stupid.

My understanding is that he has been questioned as part of the investigation but is not considered a suspect in the killing. Needs to stop being dumb and give them what they ask for or face a pretty big problem in being perceived as an accessory.
