I'm going to start off by saying the Cardinals

They have looked impressive and they have done it with
    A) a backup QB for 2 games
    B) A depleted secondary and a secondary with Peterson not playing great football.

I agree that the Cards have been the most impressive so far.

1a. cards - for the same reasons lebanese stated
1b. eagles - suspect def. - depleated oline, loss of djax, slow starts
2- bengals. - good solid team all around

that said i dont think any of these teams make it to the super bowl.

I am more impressed with philly than i am the cardinals.Their offense is a lot better with foles running it than it was under vick.
cardinals have a great defense.bengals are more even on both sides of the ball than any other team to this point.

Cardinals - have beaten the better teams.

Bengals - Good solid all around team.

Eagles - look very shaky at times, injuries are mounting, defense is shoddy at times.

the Bengals might draw the lucky card to lose to Denver in the playoffs.

The Cards will drop off during the season and be forgotten.

Philadelphia is a major market and might get a chance to lose in the SB but odds are will be eliminated early in the playoffs if they get there.

what insult ? people who don't use deductive reasoning skills are simple minded.
but I do see your point though.

so, I'm sorry. But I will not apologize for something that I know as time goes on you as adults should finally start to figure out. I know I'm right. I've given you very obvious general examples that should sink in at some point.

Only a couple of us picked the Giants last night. I based it on the fact that they will have a much better year than last year because they aren't hosting the super bowl.

I will base games on story lines while you base it on your pseudo football knowledge. We will see how that goes as the season goes along.

You are flexing your NFL knowledge and theories with your kickass 9-8 record in the pick'em league. You certainly know a lot more than the rest of us.

Bengals can but the Eagles and Cardinals cant because the Saints have already won the NFC spot

just because I don't get right answers doesn't mean games aren't manipulated. But the ones I get right if they are totally against what the majority thinks will be interesting. Plus ,picking straight up and against the spread brings up different factors and possibilities. Whether I went 1-15 every week wouldn't matter anyway. I know for a fact games are staged. You guys are going to be in shock when you finally figure it out.

I doubt the Saints will matter
