The Raiders significantly added to their draft Monday with the announcement at the NFL owner’s meetings they would receiver compensatory selections in the third, fourth and fifth rounds. Oakland’s picks, as announced on its Twitter account, are No. 95, No 129 and No. 168 overall. The Raiders had picks in only the fifth and sixth rounds before compensatory picks were announced. Compensatory picks come at the end of the round around and cannot be traded, not that general manager Reggie McKenzie is going to be doing much dealing with such a limited draft.
