The St. Louis Rams and the Denver Broncos have both placed waiver claims on former Atlanta Falcons offensive tackle Renardo Foster, according to two league sources. Under the NFL waiver system, Foster, 24, would be awarded to the Rams by Friday afternoon unless the Detroit Lions decide to put in a claim.
