The league announced today that the Ravens were awarded two compensatory pick in April’s NFL Draft, a fourth-rounder (130th overall) and a fifth-rounder (169th overall). That leaves the Ravens, who will draft 29th overall, with eight picks. They originally did not have a fourth-rounder after trading it to the Buffalo Bills for wide receiver Lee Evans last August. Under the rules for compensatory draft selections, a team losing more or better free agents than it acquires in the previous year is eligible to receive compensatory draft picks.
