The Ravens have ruled out starting left defensive end Pernell McPhee for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns and listed Pro Bowl defensive tackle Haloti Ngata as questionable.

"I'm just trying to get my knee back right," McPhee said earlier Friday. "I'm pretty banged-up, nicks and bruises."

Ngata didn't practice for the second consecutive day due to a right shoulder injury. He's also dealing with a sprained right medial collateral ligament.

Meanwhile, wide receiver LaQuan Williams was added to the injury report as questionable with a previously undisclosed ankle injury and wide receiver Tandon Doss as probable with an illness.

Besides Reed and Doss, the following players are listed as probable for Baltimore: wide receiver Jacoby Jones (foot), cornerback Jimmy Smith (groin), cornerback Chykie Brown (ankle), tight end Ed twinkyson (hand), linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (hand), safety James Ihedigbo (hand), nose guard Ma'ake Kemoeatu (knee), offensive tackle Bryant McKinnie (hip flexor), offensive tackle Michael Oher (ankle), offensive tackle Kelechi Osemele (sprained right ankle), safety Bernard Pollard (ribs), outside linebacker Terrell Suggs (Achilles tendon), defensive tackle DeAngelo Tyson (foot) and offensive guard Marshal Yanda (shoulder).
