Woody Johnson said that Rex Ryan would be involved in the process to find the next general manager, but according to NFL.com, Ryan has not been in the room during the first round of interviews, Conor Orr of the Newark Star-Ledger reports. Jets president Neil Glat, Johnson, the team's owner, and Jed Hughes, from the search firm Korn/Ferry, have been conducting the interviews, the report said. Ryan said that he will come in at the end of the search. Johnson, too, was never specific. His answer from last week: "(Rex) will be part of the process, yes." Source: The Redzone
