Saints WR Adrian Arrington To Have His Knee Injury Evaluated

    Once a promising prospect, New Orleans Saints WR Adrian Arrington has reportedly met with renowned surgeon Dr. James Andrews to have his knee injury (meniscus) evaluated. This is yet another in a long series of setbacks for Arrington who has battled a laundry list injuries ever since he signed with the Saints back in 2008. The departure of WR Robert Meachem (San Diego Chargers) opened up the WR4 role in New Orleans and Arrington was a leading candidate to step up.

    Bummer. This was his make or break year. If he don't make it this year some other team will get a potentially good receiver.
