After being released by the Arizona Cardinals on Thursday, O'Brien Schofield won't have to leave the NFC West as he was claimed by the Seattle Seahawks on Saturday. Schofield's agent, Blake Baratz, broke the news on Twitter. "Words cannot describe how happy I am for @Ob_Scho being claimed by Seattle. Everything works out for a reason. 2x a year sir. Ill remind ya." Schofield spent four seasons in Arizona after being selected in the fourth round of the 2010 NFL Draft. He was a dominant pass rusher during his career at Wisconsin, but has 10.5 sacks in 35 career NFL games. The 26-year-old will likely compete for a spot on Seattle's roster as a LEO, Seattle's pass-rushing defensive end. Source: SBNation.com
