On the first day of NFL free agency, the Seahawks have agreed to terms with defensive end Red Bryant and linebacker Heath Farwell to keep them in Seattle. Bryant, who’s been in Seattle four four years, was considered one of the hottest defensive free agents this offseason. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Bryant signed a five-year deal worth $35 million. Farwell signed with the Seahawks in October after being released by Minnesota, and tallied 21 tackles his first season in Seattle. He was a special teams Pro Bowler in 2010.
