Steelers running back LaRod Stephens-Howling suffered a right knee injury Sunday during the Week 1 game at home against the Titans Sunday. Stephens-Howling started the second half after Isaac Redman strugged as the starter, but couldn't go much longer as he suffered the injury.

Prior to leaving the game, Stephens-Howling rushed six times for 19 yards as he was leading the team at the time of his departure. He also caught two passes for 11 yards and did not score.

A healthy Stephens-Howling may have been the starter for Week 2 at Cincinnati.
