The Houston Texans have reached a deal with C Chris Myers, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Schefter adds that Meyers’ contract is a four-year worth $25 million and includes $14 million in guarantees. Houston cleared some much needed cap room recently with the release of OT Eric Winston which allowed them to even consider re-signing Meyers. Despite being one of the bests centers in the league, Meyers seemed to have very little interest in leaving Houston. This is a great move for the Texans as they should be able to keep their potent running game in order next season. Source: NFL Trade Rumors
