i watched some of the game, it sure looked like the ump was squeezing that strikezone. for both sides but still cole had quite a few pitches on the corners not go his way. but that's how it's going to be and he has to find a way to get around that and not give up the bombs.

kendrick wasbrutal. you can't get out of the 1st against the nats without giving up 3 runs ?

 

Never been a fan of Kendrick...

 

I still think Kendrick has some promise, and while I hated the first inning he had, he seemed like he calmed down after retiring 9 or so in a row. When he got tagged for the last two runs really disappointed me.

Hopefully Happ can continue what he did last year again starting tonight.

 

He wasn't doing too bad till Pence out ran him to the bag. Now 2 on 2 out.

Gets out of the inning giving up only a run...nice effort...

 

Great job by Roy getting out of that jam. I'm glad Oswalt is out of the game. The offense needs to build a bigger lead.
