Time to retire the 12th man?
ok.... huh? I got seriously lost trying to find the point that guy was trying to make. Is he saying Seahawks fans should stop coming to home games so the Seahawks will be better prepared for hostile environments on the road? I'm confused, I always thought every team's goal would be to win games anywhere they play so they can play MORE home games in the playoffs.
Plus, look at Seattle's road losses this year:
Arizona - Hasselbeck/Alexander botched handoff on the potentially game-winning drive
Cleveland - defense couldn't hold a 21-6 lead
Carolina - had nothing to do with a not-even-full stadium... still not entirely sure what the hell happened that day
Atlanta - played mostly backups in a probably half-empty Georgia Dome
Yeah, I really don't get it either. I think he might be trying to say that there's a psychological thing going on where they believe that their homefield advantage is so good that they can't win without it. Just a bunch of bullcrap.
