Vikings running back Adrian Peterson was rushed to a nearby hospital earlier today after suffering what coach Leslie Frazier said was an allergic reaction to seafood he ate at a restaurant during lunch in Mankato. Peterson, who is on the physically-unable-to-perform (PUP) list, is back in the dorms in Mankato resting comfortably, according to Frazier. Frazier said Peterson has been cleared medically and will continue rehab on his left knee on Tuesday. "Everything is back to normal now," Frazier said. "Little bit of a scare, but he's fine." Frazier said Peterson told him that he has had allergic reactions before, but not as severe. Peterson's face and throat began swelling and he started experiencing shortness of breath before 911 was called and an ambulance took him to the hospital.
