Why Mother Nature will (or at least should) reintroduce talks of an 18-game NFL season

    As a fan I'd love it.. they would need to increase the salary cap pretty big to afford it but they'd more than make it up with revenue

    Owners will definitely be getting theirs. We know that much. It's a matter of how much more the players get.

    I also think they can expand the roster or perhaps the practice squads.

    Just think now might be the time to start the ball rolling on this.

    I've never understood why owners and players can't figure out a proper way to slice up the pie.

    It's why I stopped watching baseball. I'm of the generation that still hasn't gotten over them cancelling the World Series.
