    Wings won't sign Sundin

    DETROIT -- The Red Wings are close to bringing back Chris Chelios, Kyle Quincey and Darren McCarty, the last three players from the 2007-08 season that are unsigned.

    But they're not going to bring in Mats Sundin.

    General manager Ken Holland laughed off a rumor Wednesday that Sundin was visiting Joe Louis Arena and touring the Detroit area.
