Now that the 2011 NFL regular season is wrapped up, lets take a look at the last official target report for the year. As you can see, the trading up for Julio Jones in the 2011 NFL Draft had a big affect on Roddy White's target value as he led the league in the final target standings with 179, despite only catching 100. That winds up being 55.8% of White's targets actually being caught. These are the kinds of stats that people with an online accounting degree enjoy calculating. Still, the presence of Jones certainly didn't do anything to hurt White's value. The problem with White was he was a bit inconsistent this year. Hopefully that changes in 2012.
