We know that all fantasy football owners crave rankings. Considering it's one of the best tools for all of your fantasy drafts, collecting as much data from rankings as possible to get differing opinions is key to setting up your own rankings. Does this site like Michael Vick better than Philip Rivers? Who does this site have as the No. 1 overall pick? Instead of going to different sites to collect this information, FantasyKnuckleheads.com has done the work for you by letting all of our writers give you their own TOP 50 rankings. With us ever so closer to the third and most important preseason game, we could find this list changing yet again this week if a few players pull themselves away from the competition..
Below is an overall TOP 50 based on standard-PPR scoring and 6 points for all touchdowns. It was just updated an hour ago. Also make sure to check out ALL of our TOP 50 Rankings going into July. Keep in mind that these rankings will change on the fly as we get more news once all training camps open.

RANKING | PLAYER | TEAM | POSITION | FANTASY SUMMARY |
1. | Arian Foster | HOU | RB | Foster won't lose this spot anytime soon. |
2. | LeSean McCoy | PHI | RB | McCoy will have another huge year, but I don't see him beating out Foster for the crown. |
3. | Ray Rice | BAL | RB | Ravens offense might be too predictable, but Rice will still get the job done. |
4. | Calvin Johnson | DET | WR | The guy is going to be money in every fantasy format possible this year. |
5. | Aaron Rodgers | GB | QB | Those six-point-per-touchdown leagues really give Rodgers an advantage. |
6. | Chris Johnson | TEN | RB | I'm really starting to believe the bounce back hype. |
7. | Tom Brady | NE | QB | Brandon Lloyd will be one of the keys to Brady's continued success. |
8. | Drew Brees | NO | QB | You know what you get with Brees. |
9. | Wes Welker | NE | WR | Welker will be out to prove he deserves a new deal. |
10. | Matthew Stafford | DET | QB | Sure to put up big points again this year. |
11. | Larry Fitzgerald | ARI | WR | Might put up better stats with Skelton. |
12. | Matt Forte | CHI | RB | Catches will continue to push Forte up as an RB1. |
13. | Andre Johnson | HOU | WR | Can match the numbers of Fitz and Megatron, but he has to stay healthy for a full season to achieve it. |
14. | Adrian Peterson | MIN | RB | It starting to look like AD will either have a chance to start Week One, or miss only a little bit of time. |
15. | Julio Jones | ATL | WR | Double J has seen his value skyrocket this summer. |
16. | Cam Newton | CAR | QB | If Brandon LaFell can breakout like the coaches think he can, Newton will have another weapon in his arsenal. |
17. | Maurice Jones-Drew | JAX | RB | It's been an up-and-down season for MJD's value. It's still unknown whether he will miss any of the regular season. |
18. | Rob Gronkowski | NE | TE | 27 touchdowns in two seasons is huge. Even if Gronk's touchdown catches dip a little, he could still put up better receiving numbers than many WR1s. |
19. | Darren McFadden | OAK | RB | If he can just stay healthy, he can finish as a top 5 back between his carries and receptions. |
20. | Jimmy Graham | NO | TE | It's not surprising to see many take Graham over some WR1 options |
21. | DeMarco Murray | DAL | RB | Murray has the makings of an RB1, but health will be in the back of many owners' minds. |
22. | Roddy White | ATL | WR | His two-straight years of 100 catch seasons might be snapped this year. But with the news that the Falcons want to go pass heavier in 2012, there will be plenty of targets to go around. |
23. | Trent Richardson | CLE | RB | A knee scope a few weeks ago has knocked his falue down some, but Richardson could prove the naysayers wrong |
24. | A.J. Green | CIN | WR | Too talented to be a one-year wonder. Should create some sweet music with Andy Dalton as they enter their second year. |
25. | Jamaal Charles | KC | RB | Coming off a knee injury and the presence of Peyton Hillis is still cause for concern. |
RANKING | PLAYER | TEAM | POSITION | FANTASY SUMMARY |
26. | Steven Jackson | STL | RB | Will still be the lead back, but rookie Pead will get his touches as the "heir apparent." |
27. | Mike Wallace | PIT | WR | Could be back by the weekend. |
28. | Hakeem Nicks | NYG | WR | Nicks is on pace to be back from foot surgery by mid-August. That should be enough time to get out the "kinks." If his recovery looks dimmer, he will be dropped in this list. |
29. | Greg Jennings | GB | WR | Many will sleep on Jennings because of injury problems in 2011, but don't be one of them. 1200+ receiving yards and double-digit touchdowns sound like a nice bounce-back year. |
30. | Fred Jackson | BUF | RB | Averaged 5.5 yards-per-carry last year. Spiller will be around, but Jackson's new deal means the Bills want him to continue with the lead role. |
31. | Marshawn Lynch | SEA | RB | Dropped after his recent arrest. But could move back up if Lynch avoids a 2012 suspension. |
32. | Dez Bryant | DAL | WR | Would have dropped him down like Lynch. But it sounds like Bryant could get away without punishment. |
33. | Brandon Marshall | CHI | WR | Continuing the WR trend, Marshall being reunited with Cutler could push him in as a WR1 and as a top 10 fantasy receiver. |
34. | Victor Cruz | NYG | WR | Absolutely the biggest wildcard on this list. Was 2011 a mirage, or is Cruz the real deal in terms of fantasy value as a WR1? |
35. | Darren Sproles | NO | RB | His rushing yards aren't all that great, but his pass-catching ability makes him a stud in PPR leagues. |
36. | Ryan Mathews | SD | RB | Value has plummeted, but I could move him back up if he can show he can stay healthy. That's a big IF. |
37. | Ahmad Bradshaw | NYG | RB | The Giants sent a message to Bradshaw when they draft David Wilson. Hopefully Bradshaw gets the hint and he pushes even harder as the team's No. 1 running back. |
38. | Steve Smith | CAR | WR | Like I wrote with Newton; If LaFell proves to be a weapon, Smith could see more single coverage. |
39. | Frank Gore | SF | RB | Backfield is getting a little crowded these days. |
40. | Jordy Nelson | GB | WR | The Packers want Nelson to see more action in the slot. So receiving yards might dip, but we could see a Welker-like climb in catches. |
41. | Marques Colston | NO | WR | One of the only positives for the Saints tumultuous offseason, Colston is as safe as you can get as long as he's healthy. |
42. | Reggie Bush | MIA | RB | His rushing yards should come down from 2011, but his receptions will climb now that Brandon Marshall is gone. Tannehill needs to rely on someone. |
43. | Doug Martin | TB | RB | Martin is starting to look more and more like THE guy in Tampa |
44. | Brandon Lloyd | NE | WR | Lloyd might be too high to some. But when you see what he did under Josh McDaniels, he could push for another 1000-yard season. |
45. | Percy Harvin | MIN | WR | Harvin's ability to rush and catch passes could make him another break-out option. |
46. | Jeremy Maclin | PHI | WR | With most of the attention going towards Jackson, Maclin will be a good value pick. I expect him to have a huge year this year. Might have broken out last year if it wasn't for the "mystery" illness. |
47. | Beanie Wells | ARI | RB | The Cardinals don't seem phased about Wells' health, but I would take a long look at Ryan Williams if I had the room. |
48. | Michael Vick | PHI | QB | Great value pick once guys like Brees, Newton and Brady are off the board. Rib injury isn't serious. |
49. | Shonne Greene | NYJ | Again, the Jets want to commit to the run. If Greene can't prove himself this year, he could hit free agency in 2013. | |
50. | Tony Romo | DAL | QB | Time is running out on Romo's ability to get the team to the playoffs. But with Austin (maybe?), Bryant and (hopefully) Witten still in his sights, he should still get it done as a QB1. |
