Darren McFadden myth or legend?
According to the San Francisco Chronicle Darren McFadden has been lining up as a WR at practice. Tom Cable promised an expanded role for McFadden, and splitting him out wide is a way to get two exceptional running backs on the field at the same time. McFadden could become a legend in PPR leagues. Who else is going to catch the ball?
Darren McFadden says he's more comfortable in the Raiders offense this season, and the turf toe injuries that plagued him as a rookie are behind him. "I'm looking forward to seeing how much more they want to put me out there," McFadden added. "But I think you're going to see me a lot more this year. McFadden wasn't drafted at No. 4 overall to sit behind Justin Fargas but how many times have we seen top picks bust.. Expect the Raiders to work him in as much as possible but is McFadden a myth? Was he really just a product of Arkansas razor back formation? Last years stats 4.4 yards per carry last year would say not.
