According to CBS analyst and former quarterback Rich Gannon, Josh Freeman could be playing hurt.

Fantasy Advice: Gannon believes Freeman's thumb isn't 100 percent, which could be a huge reason why his fantasy output has been lackluster as of late. Over the last three games, Freeman has tallied a 4:7 TD:INT ratio and is coming off one of the worst passing games of the season. Freeman was expected to take a step forward in 2011 and become a low-end QB1. But because of his recent erratic play, he is nothing more than a fantasy backup.
