in all seriousness this guy has has paid his dues. sure his dad probably helped him get his foot in the door but he has made his way through the coaching ranks from high school to now being an nfl HC. btw - some of you may remember but espn had a documentry called "the season" that chronicaled the '99 football season at north penn when mike jr coached there. the highlight was the the rivalry that existed between north penn and his dad's school central bucks west. nice to see mike & james franklin, two local guys get big jobs.
We may all think of this as it is the Browns, like that's bad. I don't dismiss this point. But he is coming from Buffalo, so not really a step down, right?
